Rising cost & money saving tips:
The costs of business have never been higher in our industry across the board. Our fleet runs on Diesel fuel witch hit $4.29 per gallon this April. Waste recovery facilities have increased 40% in the last five years and are continuing to do so into the future. Trucks, containers, carts, etc., have all increased on an almost monthly basis. Insurance for our staff, tires for the trucks and many more unfortunately force us to pass a portion of this on to you, the customer. This is the only way for us to stay profitable at the end of the day, and to meet the changing industry of tomorrow in a green and safe approach.
Great ways for you and your family to divert some or all of these costs are to increase your recycling service and decrease the trash. It doesn’t cost more to recycle and if you need another cart it won’t cost more per month for service. All you have to do is call or request a recycling cart for delivery with a onetime charge. You then will be able to down size your trash cart and that is where the money savings comes into play especially over time.
You can also try grasscycling which means leaving your lawn clippings on the yard to build an even healthier turf. You could start by even trying this with every other mow.
Staying with Troje’s Trash and Recycling will save you money and save the environment. If you’re happy with your service don’t compromise your wallet with temporary lower prices that end up costing you more in the long run.
